This project is all about street photography. This genre of photography has become over the years on my favourites alongs editorial and portrait photography, but it also has become my daily yoga, a way to escape, and a way to express myself.

In these series, I am looking for light and geometric patterns, which along good timing and strong composition, give away a sense of poetry. The latter is then literally put into words alongside. Black and white with strong contrast and clarity is usually favoured for its ability to force the viewer to focus on the previously listed features. Yet sometimes are colours necessary.

The resulting aesthetics of the photographs led me to the idea of printing them and selling them as design objects, where a part of the revenue goes to support a hand-crafted framer and another, to an association fighting against sexual harassment on the streets. A way to say that the urban area belongs to everyone.
